I'm stil waiting for my .94 -> 4.03 upgrade, but I've had problems where I
exit LW or the .94 Setup screen (old-toaster style), and the lower part
with the switcher appears, but the top and the control buttons don't.  If
you can finx the funciton key to switch screen modes (project/file,
files/files, ect., I think it'a F8), it'll start cycling through and bring
up the buttons and the top of the screen.  Maybe this'll do it...
